The Property Management Office regularly communicates with our tenants to ensure the highest level of service. Accurate Tenant Contact information is necessary for successful communication between the Property Management Office and our Tenants at 35 East Wacker. The Property Management Office requests that each tenant provide three (3) contacts to the Property Management Office: a Primary Tenant Contact, a Secondary Tenant Contact, and the President and/or CEO.

 

The Primary Tenant Contact is receives all letters/memos from the Property Management Office as well as day-to-day contact during normal business hours. The primary contact is authorized to call the Property Management Office to request information and/or services. Please feel free to add any additional individuals that are authorized to request services. The Secondary Contact will be included on all correspondence from the Property Management Office to ensure your company receives information in the absence of the Primary Contact. The name of your President and/or CEO is requested for matters of formal communication.

After Hours/Emergency Tenant Contact Information

 

In addition to providing tenant contacts for regular business hours, we request that all tenants provide one or more after-hours contacts within your firm in the event of an emergency. The Property Management Office or our Security team will call the contacts in the order provided until one of the contacts has been notified. Once a Tenant Contact is notified, we request that the Tenant Contact assume responsibility to notify any other parties necessary.
