The Vice President oversees all aspects of Chicago operations including management and leasing.

The General Manager oversees all property operations. He plans, organizes, directs, and controls all activities of the property.
Kayla Meersman
The Tenant Services Coordinator assists with all property operations. She works closely with the General Manager and also acts as a liaison between tenants and building engineers, security, and housekeeping.
Lisa Solberg
The Administrative Assistant assists with all property operations.
Dave Pantalena
The Chief Engineer oversees the larger details of engineering operations, utilities, and code compliance. He and/or his staff are available 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday.

Accounting
Rent and other applicable charges are typically due on or before the first day of each month. Please make certain all payments are timely to avoid late fees and interest.
Monthly invoices detailing fixed rents and charges will be sent to each tenant. Additional billings, i.e. billable work orders, will also be issued monthly. Please refer to your lease for additional details.

Holidays
On holidays, the Property Management Office is closed, and After Hours Access procedures are in place, limiting access to building services. Building Security Personnel is posted in the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
