Accounting

Rent and other applicable charges are typically due on or before the first day of each month. Please make certain all payments are timely to avoid late fees and interest.

Monthly invoices detailing fixed rents and charges will be sent to each tenant. Additional billings, i.e. billable work orders, will also be issued monthly. Please refer to your lease for additional details.

You may elect to process payments via ACH bank transfers. For billing inquiries or additional information, please contact the Property Management Office at (312) 726-4260.

Holidays

On holidays, the Property Management Office is closed, and After Hours Access procedures are in place, limiting access to building services. Building Security Personnel is posted in the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days per week.
