The City of Chicago fire code requires annual inspection, testing and maintenance of all fire extinguishers.
Please make arrangements to inspect, test and maintain all fire extinguishers in your premises through a licensed fire protection equipment company as necessary to comply with the City of Chicago code.
For your convenience, the Property Management Office has made arrangements through the following pre-qualified licensed fire protection equipment company to work directly with our tenants to coordinate the annual inspection, recharging and tagging of fire extinguishers located in your premises on Friday, June 5, 2020.

Our building extinguishers located through-out common areas were inspected and re-tagged in June 2020. If you have not already done so, please contact Martin-Mack and let them know you are a tenant with 35 East Wacker Drive for a quote to provide fire extinguisher services for the equipment in your premises. Upon your approval, Martin-Mack will schedule and invoice tenants directly for this service. You are welcome to use a licensed fire protection equipment company of your choice provided that the you submit the appropriate company information to the Property Management Office for qualification. Upon approval and receipt of a certificate of insurance, your provider may schedule the service.
