Catering for all meetings and events is available through our preferred partner, VHG Catering. Please find the VHG Catering Menu and Fax Order Form attached. If you prefer to use an alternative caterer, please notify the Office of the Building in advance.
The building is equipped with a first-class fitness center located on the 7th floor. It is a comprehensive, full service center available to all tenants and managed by LifeStart on our behalf. Please contact Sydney Johnson or visit the website for details on equipment, services and fees.
The building has an indoor parking facility available only to our building tenants. Parking is available on a monthly contract basis and may be subject to limits provided in your lease. The garage is accessible from the north side of the building on Lower Wacker Drive. Monthly contract parkers receive building issued parking access remote for 24 hours access. A valet attendant is available to assist from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Additional services including car wash services are available.
There are two interior bike rooms located in the basement level of the building. One is a locked room which a key is needed to access (there is currently a waitlist for this room) and the other is located inside the parking garage and can be utilized on a first-come, first serve basis. Access to both rooms is only permitted via Lower Wacker Drive—bikes are not allowed through the lobby.
